Join us at Lavender Days on Friday, June 27th at 9:00 a.m. for an incredibly fascinating class: Birding Excursion, taught by Merrill Webb.
"Hardly a day goes by when you don't see a bird in flight. We barely notice because they are so common. Imagine though what beauty you would find if you knew even a little of that bird's world. In this class you will learn how enjoyable birding is, the basics of birding, and what you need to know and have to succeed."

Merrill has over forty years' experience observing birds in Utah. He is currently the president of the Utah County Birders and holds a B.S. in zoology and M.S. in botany and range science with an emphasis in ecology. Last year Merrill went birding in Trinidad, West Indies, and in Belize, where he added more than 100 tropical bird species to his life list.
Did you know there are some beautiful Great Blue Herons who love the wetland marsh area south of Mona Lake? Come discover more local birds and birding facts at Merrill's class during Lavender Days at the Young Living Lavender Farm.
